On Tuesday, several Farmersville Volunteers took time to do fire station tour and a fire safety program.This year the students from Pleasant Valley Mennonite School had an opportunity to crawl through a smoke simulator, learn how to properly use a fire extinguisher, learn about fire safety and what to do in the event of a fire, and interact with the volunteers. We also showed the students what it looks like to be a firefighter and showed them the fire apparatus.
